Enrollment Priorities and Schedule

As a courtesy to our current school families and our host church, the enrollment priority for the  2010-2011 school year is as follows:

# Enrollment Group Date Location
1 Returning/sibling students Feb. 8, 2010 School Office
2 Children of regular attendees of CrossRoads Nazarene Church Feb. 15, 2010 9 AM School Office
3 Open Enrollment - all other prospective students Feb. 22, 2010 9 AM School Office

Siblings of returning students and new students will be tentatively accepted on a “first-come, first-served” basis in each of the enrollment groups, according to space availability in each class. The $200.00 initial tuition payment must be received in the school office along with a valid birth certificate and current immunization record to confirm enrollment. The Crossroads Community School Committee will make final decisions regarding admission based on class size and other school considerations. Children of teachers will automatically be accepted into the school regardless of class size.

Students who are not accepted due to space constraints will be placed on a waiting list** and will be contacted should openings arise during the course of the school year. Students can also be added to the waiting list during the course of the school year. In the event of a class opening, the School Office will attempt to contact the 1st student on the waiting list. When a family is contacted for a possible opening, that family will have a total of three (3) working days to respond. If the family decides not to enroll at that time, the position will be forfeited and the next family on the waiting list will be contacted.

**Waiting List: Please note that any waiting lists will not roll into the next school year. A new enrollment series similar to the one described above will be scheduled.
