Easy Christmas Ice Cream Dessert

Make this easy Christmas, colorful, yummy dessert for the season.  Be sure to buy the ice cream early; some stores may run out closer to Christmas

2 1/2 rows of oreos, crushed in food processor with
1 stick of melted butter

1/2 gallon peppermint ice cream, softened at room temperature about 1 hour

Spread Oreos (keeping about 3 T. of crushed cookies for topping) in 11x13 pan, or smaller.  Spread softened ice cream on top.  Cover and place back in freezer.  If you wish, you can top with crushed Or...

8th Grader Middle Schoolers Get Creamed for a Good Cause!

The 8th graders in Mrs. Perkin's Middle School Class sacrificed themselves for a great Christian charity, Operation Christmas Child.  The 6th and 7th graders won the contest, brought in the most boxes for donation, and got to cream the 8th grade class.  It was good, messy fun!  Check out more photos in the CRCS Facebook Fan Page album.

2nd and 3rd Grades Perform Christmas Pageant!

During the CRCS Christmas Assembly, the 2nd and 3rd Graders, directed by Mrs. Henderson performed the Christmas Story.  The class did a wonderful performance and reiterated the true meaning of Christmas.
